Who has taken a place in our heart?
Our time together has now come to an end
We’re so sad that our paths will now part.

We remember the day we first paid you our due 
Hmm, said the men, we must visit her land.
But the months have passed and we’ve gotten to know you
We’re better for having you offer your hand!

We have come to know that you’re sweet, smart and witty,
You’re really one of us now, we’ll tell
We know now you’re much more than just pretty—
