Kathleen Rapkin was awarded the VIVA Award in May, 2010 for her volunteer involvement in Muncie.   Thes include President of East Central Indiana Therapeutic Riding, Inc., which provides equine assisted therapy for special needs children, ages 2-18 in Delaware County and surrounding areas; Muncie Sunise Rotary; Muncie Civic Theatre; Second Harvest Food Bank; LEAD-ECI; and RIALZO.
